Hey, it happens! If you need to exchange your ticket, please call the Box Office at 404.733.5000 or stop by in-person for the exchange. For Alliance Theatre performances, ticket exchanges are available until one hour before showtime. For Atlanta Symphony Orchestra performances, ticket exchanges are available until 4 PM the day before the performance. A $3 fee per ticket will apply to Alliance, Symphony and High exchanges. Subscribers and/or Members do not have to pay the exchange fee.

Unfortunately, events sold through Ticketmaster aren’t eligible for exchanges.

Although there are no refunds, you can donate your ticket for a tax deduction worth the price of the original ticket (excluding taxes and fees).

When you purchase advance tickets from the Box Office, you are given a unique patron number. This number is printed on the ticket (excluding Ticketmaster purchases). Your patron number allows the Box Office to maintain a record of your tickets.

This allows for easy exchanges, creates a backup for lost tickets and will make future purchases quicker and easier! 

For tickets less than $25.99: A $3 fee will be applied to each Alliance Theatre or Atlanta Symphony Orchestra ticket purchased online or by phone whether mailed or held at the Box Office. Whereas, a $2.50 fee will be applied to each print at home ticket purchased.

For tickets greater than $26: A $6 fee will be applied to each Alliance Theatre or Atlanta Symphony Orchestra ticket purchased online or by phone whether mailed or held at the Box Office. Whereas, a $5 fee will be applied to each print at home ticket purchased.

For Ticketmaster tickets: A $6 fee will be applied to each Ticketmaster ticket purchased.

High Museum of Art admission, lectures and films sold by phone incur a $2.50/ticket fee.

If you purchased parking online but won’t have time to receive your parking voucher in the mail, don’t worry! Your name will be on a list with the parking attendant when you arrive.

Absolutely! Group rates are available for parties of 10+.

Tuesday – Saturday: 12 – 6 PM

Sunday: 12 – 5 PM

The Box Office will remain open until show time on performance evenings.

No problem! You may call the Box Office at 404.733.5000 or visit in person. Simply provide the ticket agent with your order number, patron number or the name in which the tickets were ordered, and the Box Office will be able to reprint your tickets for a nominal fee.

For productions in the Alliance Stage and Symphony Hall: Ushers will do their best to seat latecomers at a point that will least disturb the other patrons and performers. Reserved seating is not guaranteed for late arrivals.

For productions in the Hertz Stage: There is no late seating for Hertz Stage performances. Tickets that were not claimed at the Box Office will be given to the house manager for patrons arriving after the Box Office has closed.

Alliance Stage and Hertz Stage: Yes, if purchased onsite.

Symphony Hall: Yes, if purchased onsite and it is a Pops! performance. No food or drink is allowed in the hall during a Classical performance.
